Why It’s Important To Resolve Our Insecurities
In this episode of heartbeat, Dr. Brooke Stuart dives into a discussion on why it’s important to resolve our insecurities. From the space of the authentic self, we can begin to work on parts of us with greater clarity and ease. In this, we can begin to let go of what does not work and turn towards what does- as we generate increased amounts of awareness that acts as light.
- How Insecurity Holds Us Back: Insecurities often serve as repetitive circuits that keep us from connecting with ourselves, others and the new experiences that await.
- Stop Rationalizing The Change Away: Often, we take change away from ourselves by pretending something that does not feel okay is. This keeps us stuck in boring lives devoid of self-access and all the beautiful states, like joy – love – peace – etc. that come with it.
- Engage The Change: Instead of blocking the change, engage it by removing the “I can’t” for the “I can and how”.
- Confidence, Pride and The Journey: It takes what it takes. When we move forward and mean it by making the choices that match the journey we desire to be on, our confidence begins to build as we become proud of the person we see in the mirror knowing that it is not all rainbows and butterflies, but it is all worth it.
- Embodiment: Embodiment takes on a gravitas of its own, when we occupy our eyes and direct our attention toward where we are going, we can than pour into our focus as we concentrate on creation and carving all of the new experiences that come with by simply, walking the path, looking back only to learn, grow and access more of this beautiful life!
