To See And To Be
In this episode of heartbeat, Dr. Brooke Stuart dives into a discussion on to see and to be. As we learn to grow through being human, we can begin to, without judgment, notice what does and doesn’t work and why. Here, we can begin to bridge the gap by becoming aware of and applying the available information (brought through various forms such as thought, feelings and perception) to our power of choice.
- Held Hostage: We often hold ourselves and others hostage through the ways we see them!
- To See And To Be: We can immediately uplift others and harmonize ourselves through the way we see each other and the self.
- To Free: When we choose to be present in each moment we can free ourselves and others to build new patterns. Being in the moment doesn’t mean we forget the past, it just means we can utilize past information to focus on what works and reorganize what does not to set ourselves and others up for success.
- Recognition: When we recognize these patterns, there is no need to fault or blame the self but we can pivot into observation, taking the lessons in and continuing to learn.
- Recovery And Integration: When we are around past patterns, it can take time to recover and process in order to integrate, make more space and grow. This is a normal part of the process. Onward and upward my friends!
