On Creating Time And Space
In this episode of heartbeat, Dr. Brooke Stuart dives into a discussion on creating time and space. By finally looking at our experiences, we can learn from them and we can choose to give ourselves both time and space. Here, we can begin to grow at an accelerated pace, with less friction and more ease, as we go with the flow!
- Connecting With Our Ability To Create: It takes time and actual space to bring experiences to life. In this way, action speaks louder than words, when we reach into aligning choice with desire, we can cut through the noise and get real about creation.
- Removing Upset and Frustration: When we begin to accept reality and work with it- we can directly remove the resistance by plugging into what is real. Here, we can shift how we feel and think as we change our perspective and how we relate to each experience.
- Creating Time and Space: Many times we cripple ourselves, our confidence and projects by simply being unrealistic when it comes to time and space or crowding the time and space we do have with the noise of a disorganized life.
- Patience: Patience means being at peace with the process, often, unhooking time and space to zoom out and observe the change as a trajectory (versus quickly reflexing out of it) through remembering why we started in the first place. This is tied into faith- choosing it before we experience the results.
- Shifting From Chaos To Growth: Often, we run in circles on autopilot by allowing patterns like procrastination in. To shift, we can reclaim our power, through the present moment, recognizing that what we say goes… and that we can choose to grow from a place of expansion, joy and deep love for ourselves and our lives.
