Insights Into Coping Vs. Clearing

- To Cope: The mid-16th century definition of to cope- coping means to cover or to layer upon a brick wall.
- Clearing: I’ve always felt that clearing gives way to freedom, where walls fall off and what is of truth remains.
- Non-Judgment: With that said, it is what it is, coping is not bad or good. I do, however, find in practice that coping, for the growth oriented person, may not be enough, leading to life without the coloration we know is somehow and way available.
- Placing It On The Map: When we make experiences available through language and awareness, they become easier to experience.
- Right Time, Right Place: Different experiences breakdown at different times, in different ways. When you listen to yourself and allow your intuition into the conversation, you will find that many tools can clear the way. Whether it is a mindset technique, a supplement, a psychedelic experience, lifestyle strategy, EMDR, hypnosis or breath work- different walls will fall at the perfect time and place. All you have to do is choose it- meaning the string of choices to claim your desire to listen to your heart, engage it and clear.
