4. Random 2020 Thing I’m Not Up To [update]
Last week, I mentioned I was up to trying a version of the carnivore diet, and it was actually an incredible experience for the 12 days I was on it- but now I’m back in balance. After running the Disney half marathon yesterday, I needed carbs so I broke the diet with this incredible granola- acai bowl from Skyebird Juice Bar at East End Market in Orlando! It was worth every bite.
5. Device I’m having fun with!
I love new health tech. I find it fascinating, fun and informative! This past week I purchased a little ketomojo to monitor my ketones and blood sugar- very easy to use!
